Cancellation policies

Cancellation and refund policy for online consultations

1. Cancellations, no-shows or delays by the patient ("you")

 

  1. You may cancel the Online Consultation up to twelve (12) hours prior to the start of the scheduled Online Consultation. To cancel the Online Consultation, you must use the Platform on which you booked the visit, or the form or link that the Professional sent you before the Online Consultation. Any fees already paid for the Online Consultation will be refunded by the Practitioner immediately (no later than fourteen (14) days from cancellation) and using the same payment method that you used to pay the fees (unless otherwise agreed). otherwise). The Professional has the right to withhold an amount equal to the maximum of five percent (5%) of the fees, to cover payment processing costs.

  2. If you (i) wish to cancel the Online Consultation less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled start time, (ii) do not show up for the Online Consultation, or (iii) are at least ten (10) minutes late for the Online Consultation, the Consultation will be cancelled, and regardless of whether the Online Consultation is held, rescheduled or cancelled:

    1. the Practitioner is entitled to collect and invoice all Fees due from you in connection with the Online Consultation in its entirety. In this case you must pay such Fees promptly in accordance with the Professional's instructions;

    2. you will not be entitled to any refund of Fees already paid.

 

2. Cancellations, absences or delays by the professional

 

  1. In the event that the Professional cancels the Online Consultation, does not show up, or arrives at least sixty (60) minutes late, the fee already paid for the Online Consultation will be refunded by the Professional immediately (no later than fourteen (14) days from cancellation) and using the same payment method that you used to pay the fees (unless otherwise agreed). Your right to a refund will not apply if the reason for the professional's cancellation, no-show or delay is attributable to you (for example, a cancellation caused by your request or instruction).

 

3. Other provisions

 

  1. In other particular cases, different from the cases described in point 1 and point 2, you will not be entitled to a refund for the fees already paid to the Professional for the online Consultation.

  2. If the refund is applied under point 1 or point 2, it is your responsibility to request the refund. Your request must be submitted to the Professional.

  3. If you have any questions, complaints or claims related to the reimbursement process, you should contact the Professional directly. The Professional must address your complaints promptly and diligently.

  4. In case of abuse, or fraudulent, unlawful or unfair use of the rights granted by this policy (for example, to obtain an unfair advantage), you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation, and the Professional reserves all available rights under applicable law and/or under your contract with you.

 

It will not be made in case of medical prescription, medical certificates or reports.

Refund Instructions:

For the reimbursement of the charge, it is essential​ to carry out the following two actions:

 

  1. Call the phone: +34910889060, to receive a tracking code for your cancellation request.

  2. Send an email to the address: odeley@odeley.us in which the reason for the cancellation is specified, the amount of the charge and in the subject of the email, write down the code​ for the cancellation request.
